What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal (in Portugal and Worldwide); Visa, Mastercard and American Express (all these credit cards via Paypal debit system). Bank Transfer (Worldwide), International Money Order (I.M.O.)  and Western Union.
In Portugal, Madeira and Açores we can also accept Multibanco (MB) payments and ship orders via “Cobrança-Contra-Reembolso” (C.O.D. – Cash on Delivery – just available in Portugal, Madeira and Açores) .
 All payments must be Euros funds. No matter how you decided to pay, you will have to place your order online. Your order will begin processing once payment is received. Items are not reserved until payment is received.
 
Do you accept payments from my country?
We ship to the UK, Europe, North America and several other countries as well. Currently, we don´t accept Paypal payments from some countries like Indonesia. 
 
Can I pay you in Euros or Dollars?
All transactions on Rastilho Stores take place in Euros (€). We display a price in Euros as a rough guide to the amount you will be charged when converted into Euros by your card provider.

Your prices includes shipping costs?
No, postage is ex-works. 
 
Where do you ship from?
All our orders will be shipped from our warehouse based in Portugal.
 
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to the UK, Europe, North America and several other countries as well.
 
What are your shipping rates? How much is shipping for domestic or international orders?
You can find all our shipping rates here. The cost of shipping is calculated based on what you buy. All order under 2 kilos are shipped via Post, Airmail Track&Trace. We believe it´s the best and economic (but still reliable) way to ship our order. Please keep in mind delivery times for International orders can vary depending on customs and is not guaranteed by a specific date.
We can also ship via DPD (in Europe) and UPS (Worldwide). Please contact us first to check others shipping options and freight companies.
 
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your payment has been processed, most orders are shipped within 1-2 working days. Once your order has been shipped, it takes 1-2 days to be delivered within Portugal, about 1 week to be delivered to other European countries and approximate 3 weeks for all countries outside of Europe. All orders are shipped via Post Airmail Track&Trace (except in Europe).
 
What if I never received my order and my package is returned to you?
If we receive your package returned to us, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the problem. If there is an error in the address provided to us, you will be responsible for a re-shipping fee.
 
How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse an automated email is sent to your email address. We ship your order in 24h-48h, unless your product is sold out.
 
 
What do I do if the goods I ordered haven't arrived?
Please contact us. We give you the tracking number in order to you contact the Postal Service in your country.
 
What should I do if some item of my order is missing?
There can be a couple of reasons why you may receive your order with some items missing. The usual reason is that one of the items you ordered was unavailable and so we have refunded you for that item. If you discover that your goods are missing please contact our customer services team and explain the situation.
 
What should I do if you've sent me the wrong goods?

What should I do if my goods were damaged in transit?
We take a great deal of care when packing orders to make sure that the items you’ve ordered arrive undamaged, however, occasionally goods do get damaged in transit. If you believe your goods have arrived damaged please contact our customer services team and they'll help sort you out.

Is ordering from you on the Internet safe and secure?
Our shop system is SSL certificated, which means it’s perfectly safe to order from our store.
 
What is my username and password for the site?
You don´t need to register to order in our website! We believe this is the easiest way to shop online!
 
Do you offer wholesale prices to shops and other businesses?
Yes, we do! But please note:
- some products are exclusive from Moonspell webstore, therefore we cannot offer them for wholesale
- due to copyright restrictions, certain titles may not be available to all territories
- no wholesale in music products, just merchandising itens
- Please contact us if you wan´t carry Moonspell merchandising in your country
 
Do you have a store?
No, unfortunately we don’t. You can buy Moonspell products in their concerts worldwide. But why don´t you try order via internet?! Mailorder is fun and reliable!
