A Rastilho envia encomendas para todo o território nacional e ilhas (Madeira e Açores) usando o serviço dos CTT | CTT Expresso e outras transportadoras (DHL, UPS, GLS e FedEx). 
O cliente é responsável pelo pagamento dos portes de envio, excepto nas situações em que a Rastilho os decide oferecer ou em campanhas/promoções específicas.
Todas as encomendas são enviadas em Correio Registado, com total garantia de entrega e seguro - excepto nos casos do Correio Normal e Correio Azul, onde não existe prova de envio. Os números dos envios são facultados aos clientes mediante solicitação para puderem seguir o progresso de entrega das suas encomendas.
Aconselhamos aos clientes o pagamento das encomendas via Multibanco ou Paypal, evitando sempre que possível a Cobrança | Contra-Reembolso - a poupança nos portes de envio faz-se sentir no preço final das encomendas.

Se a encomenda for enviada via CTT ou CTT Expresso em Correio Registado, podes fazer a pesquisa da tua encomenda aqui. Pede o número de envio à Rastilho, se essa informação não te for disponibiliza na altura da expedição.

Rastilho ships worldwide orders.
 All our orders will be shipped from our warehouse based in Portugal, Europe.

Tracking Number

Whenever possible, we send to all customers the tracking number of their orders, at time of shipment. If it was not available or if not received, please contact us. Remember that if the order is sent by Post, the Track & Trace is not as accurate as a Courier company like UPS or DHL.


Transit Times

Once your payment has been processed, most orders are shipped within 1-2 working days. Once your order has been shipped, it takes 1-2 days to be delivered within Portugal, about 1 week to be delivered to other European countries and approximate 4 weeks for all countries outside of Europe.

All orders are shipped via Post, Airmail Track&Trace.
Max. 2 Kilos (for international customers). 
For Europe, over 2kilos, we can send large parcels at low rates via DHL, UPS, GLS or FedEx.
 
 Don´t forget: The shipping cost is calculated based on what you buy and the average weight of your goods.

What do I do if the goods I ordered haven't arrived?
Please check if you got a note from the mailman. There might be a chance you were not home when your items were delivered
A second option would be to check your local post office. They might be holding it for you. We can provide you the tracking number of your order.
If both options didn’t work out, please get in touch with our customer service at rastilho@sapo.pt. Our team will be more than happy to help you track the order down.
 
What should I do if some item of my order is missing?
There can be a couple of reasons why you may receive your order with some items missing. The usual reason is that one of the items you ordered was unavailable. If you discover that your goods are missing please contact our customer services team and explain the situation.
 
What should I do if my goods were damaged in transit?
We take a great deal of care when packing orders to make sure that the items you’ve ordered arrive undamaged, however, occasionally goods do get damaged in transit. If you believe your goods have arrived damaged please contact our customer services team and they'll help sort you out.
